Returns, Exchanges, Shipping

We want you to love your new gear! You have up to 30 days from your date of purchase to return your items. After 30 days, they will not be returnable or refundable so please be sure to check your items once they arrive!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer mailing address.

How to return
E-mail customer service at Please include your name, order number and items you would like to return. After your email is received, we will send you the information needed to complete your return.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Not all items are eligible for an exchange. Due to our small batch process, we may not have certain sizes or designs in stock. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, some things in our shop are limited time only and/or made to order. If you want to inquire about a return, email us at to check for options. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping                                                                                                                      Items in stock are shipped in 1-3 business days via USPS with tracking number supplied when the item has shipped. Some items are made to order and require time to be manufactured. These items generally take up to two weeks to ship with tracking provided, those items are shipped using USPS or FedEx. Special shipping arrangements can be made on request by emailing us.
